The situation

What finance needed to control

Retail, training, boarding and day care each use a different unit of sale. Revenue, capacity and finance originally lived in separate processes.

The first operating layer solved the connection problem. Over time, the enterprise finance system became too large for a single-entity services business and routine administration remained manual.

What TechFarben did

Built the operating path end to end

  • Connected retail commerce, inventory and finance in the first phase.
  • Built a capacity-aware booking and commerce system for services, products and customer use.
  • Right-sized the finance platform while preserving history and comparison.
  • Deployed automation across finance administration, customer support and bookings.
  • Stayed responsible for hosting, integration support and continuing change.

The result

What changed in operation

Retail and services operate on one layer with capacity managed as capacity, rather than approximated as inventory.

Annual systems cost reduced materially and operational automation increased after the migration. The team has retained support from people who know the full history.
