The situation

What finance needed to control

A rostered shift had to become a timesheet, a payroll entry and a participant claim. Each step sat in a different system or spreadsheet.

The business needed the worker payment and the participant claim to agree. Underclaiming loses revenue, overclaiming creates regulatory risk and a payroll error affects the worker.

What TechFarben did

Built the operating path end to end

  • Designed roster-to-timesheet-to-payroll-to-claim as one end-to-end flow.
  • Built a mobile-first progressive web application for field workers.
  • Brought service agreements, consents and care documentation into a controlled record.
  • Connected time capture to payroll rules and claim pricing from the same shift.
  • Sequenced delivery around continuity of care and regulatory obligations.

The result

What changed in operation

The design is complete and delivery is staged. The target operating model uses one record of a shift to produce both payment and claim.

The project remains in delivery. Outcome claims will be added only after modules are live and measured.
