Subscription Cancellation Policy
- Free Trial: If your subscription started with a free trial, you can cancel at any time before the trial period expires without any charge. Your account will not be billed if you cancel before the trial ends.
- Monthly Subscriptions: Subscriptions with a monthly payment plan can be canceled at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will have continued access to the service until then. We do not provide refunds for the remaining days in the current billing period.
- Annual Subscriptions: For annual subscriptions, you can cancel within the first 30 days for a full refund. If you cancel after the first 30 days, your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will have continued access to our services until then. Refunds for annual subscriptions canceled after 30 days are not typically provided, but may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Policy
- Service Downtime: If you experience a service outage that is confirmed on our side and affects all clients, we will provide a pro-rated refund for the duration of the outage exceeding 24 continuous hours.
- Quality of Service: If you are consistently unsatisfied with the service provided, please contact us. Refunds for reasons related to quality of service will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to management approval.
General Terms
- Refund Process: All refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method used during purchase.
