Business Challenge:
With the fiscal year-end nearing, ByteDance needed to comply with new e-invoicing regulations to avoid substantial financial penalties. The urgency demanded a compliance-ready solution with minimal disruption to operations.
Technical Challenge:
Their in-house system wasn’t equipped to interface with the BIR/EIS or handle real-time, high-volume data transfers. A two-way integration with NetSuite ERP and the Philippines tax portal was required — without increasing overhead.

TechFarben designed a high-resilience architecture to connect ByteDance’s in-house systems with Oracle NetSuite, and from there to the Philippines Indirect Tax Portal (BIR/EIS). The goal was seamless, bidirectional integration with:
